Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. I stayed in Santa Marina Plaza more than a week at the beginning of September 2013. I liked wonderful view from my terrace (front sea view room) and the beach. Very convinient location - not far from Chania and with many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were large and we were lucky enough to have a seaview. The all inclusive rate was so good. The meals were very nice and it is a magic location. Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.
