  Sabina was a treasure of knowledge and made us feel very welcome. Her English was good which was helpful. She went beyond the regular call of duty with her helpfulness - Great staff, very nice room, amazing view, things as you expect them from a high end hotel

  We have travelled extensively throughout the world, and have never encountered such friendly, helpful and unobtrusive staff. Everyone spoke (and understood) perfect English, and had plenty of suggestions for places to eat and visit.
