What can I say apart from fantastic! 10 out of 10. We chose GABBIANO because it looked private, quiet and accomodation was in the traditional type of accomodation. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary so wanted something special. This was all of the above and more. Staff friendly and very helpful. Beautiful Santorini property with stunning views of the caldera. I had a suite with a private plunge pool and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive with the right mix of being there when needed and leaving me alone. Private cave swimming was an unexpected surprise.

The house is situated in the very heart of Oia. The view is really fantastic. You can either spend some time at the verandah enjoying the marvelous view (which is probably the best all over) or you can walk along the main pedestrian road with all the shops and restaurants which is a few steps away. The bus station is also very close. The house is very nice and clean, and it was a pleasant and unusual experience to live in a traditional Greek house. We could hardly find a better place to stay in

Since the first moment I stepped in Esperas Hotel, I felt at home. We loved our time at Amoudi Villas and did not want to leave! The views are breathtaking. The location was also perfect: caldera-side, quiet, and outside of the fray of Oia (yet still just a short hike from the town.) - Not very good cliff view, but might be a good place to enjoy the sunset.

Strogili has exceeded my expectations. I can not emphasize only one thing. The view is probably the best view from any hotel I have ever stayed in.
More than that, it's one of the best views of the Caldera that we
found on the whole island. Andreas and the rest of the staff were
extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful, while the room itself was

one of the words I would add is ritualistic. the area of oia is in general, but caldera villas allow visitors to feel that connection with nature, history, and raw simple goodness through its dialogues with the cliffs and human settlement. The decor, strategies in design, the food, the hospitality and flexibility of the staff etc. guarantee a wholesome stay.
