  Very friendly owner, he is always looking for a clean room and for a nice atmosphere. We had a quiet room with a small kitchen a bathroom and a balcony. At our arrival Day we got a small basilicum plant for the balcony. Also a bottle of water. We spend there 12 days and we felt Very Very comfortable.   Location could not be beat. Quiet. Steps from beach and 5 minute walk to town Centre. Staff was amazing. Super clean. Ample breakfast,but fruit or tomato would be a nice addition. - Excellent location right On St. Georges beach, 2min stroll to the middle of Naxos and 10min walk from the port.   Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Booked at thr last minute and not sure what to expect but everything was perfect. Free wifi, ocean view, 2 minutes from the port, near the bars and clubs but far away enough not to hear anything. Dont wait just book - Old style hotel with perfect location right on the harbour .An easy walk from the ferry dock ,next door to a ticket office and car hire and right on the taverna / restaurant esplanade. The balcony from the second floor bedroom gave a perfect view of the port comings and goings. Technology worked well (..Air.Con, WiFi ,hot water,and relatively well sound-proofed balcony doors )and car parking was ample and 50metres away. The front office staff were polite and obliging and a complimentary bottle

  Sofos hotel is a fantastic place to stay in the lovely seaside of Saint George! The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. The location is very close to the beach and a short five minute walk from the centre of Naxos. Our room was very bright and clean.   We were happy to stay at this hotel. You get great value for money as it is clean and neat, with a beautiful pool area. The staff is very helpful and drove us to and from the port. There is peace and tranquility of the hotel, as it is a 10 minute walk from the beach and center of town.
