  This is a hotel for the no-nonsense traveler that wants to spend his time visiting the wonders of Athens. Location is one of the best in Athens for visiting everything Staff is very nice and helpful, 24h/day. From Main Square walking time to hotel from - This hotel was in the perfect location! It was about a 5 minute walk to Syntagma Square and the train station there which was perfect since we arrived on the train from the airport. Tons of restaurants within a few blocks, off the main streets so very quiet. The staff was very helpful with maps and directions. We were able to walk to all the major attractions with young children. They also provided a baby bed for us free of charge. They had beverages to purchase in the lobby at very reaso

It's close to restaurants, sights and shopping, but on a quieter side street. The shopping streets are close by too, as well as lots of good eating options.

Every day we would - The staff at Acropolis were fantastic...very helpful and friendly. The location in the Plaka was convenient. We were able to walk most places and did not have to use the metro much at all. From our room the wifi was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a good signal. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure how it was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn it on. It was helpful to have an aditional mirror outside the bathroom for getting
