Very friendly staff, they answered for all my quastion, explained how to get to the airport, where is restourants, supermarkets and sightseengs is located. Absolutely everything. Although this is advertised as an hostel, it is better than most of the 3-4 star hotels I've stayed in my life all over the world. Beautiful hotel, excellent central location, walking distance to the most important attractions and tavernas and bars, nice rooms, nice view from the balcony, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden, fast wifi. I would definitely stay again

The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested.
