  Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens. Water park next to the resort was good. - I liked the all inclusive and food and drinks were lovely. Plenty of pools to choose from and loads of water slides to slide on all day long!

  Abbiamo trovato i giardini splendidi e ben curati, la piscina e la spiaggia erano ben attrezzate e molto pulite, lo staff soprattutto quello della reception era gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Per quanto riguarda le camere noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Suit Dedalos che abbiamo trovato stupenda molto spaziosa e pulita con una bellissima vista. -... cosa dice la gente » I liked the quality of the service and friendly approach of the hotel team. They also offer a lot of very good food and drinks, although Ballentines was always pretty quickly out... The location on the beach is excellent, the seaside bungalow is what you need to enjoy the time. The place is big but not too crowded. Good value for money. - Very good for the kids, conveniently located and stroller-friendly. Good food, nice beach, kids' club is great. Bungalow is the best option: close to everywhere and not noisy. Small supermarket provides everything you might need in all included hotel. Personnel is courteous and friendly. Enjoyed our stay a lot!

  1) la flessibilità e non-fiscalità del personale: siamo arrivati stanchi dal viaggio alle ore 10,50 circa e sebbene la camera dovesse esserci data dopo le 12,00..essendo già disponibile ci è stata assegnata prima. 2) il personale dei bar (solo quelli) sono disponibilissimi e sempre orientati alla soddisfazione del cliente - Everything was just wo... cosa dice la gente » nderful, Imperial is really a bit better than Royal. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas are clean and nice-looking. Good mini zoo, especially the donkeys. Anyway, if you have an opportunity, you shall rent a car (free parking is available, rental services are both in the hotel and anywhere in the town, even just outside of the hotel) and drive around the island. - Great hotel for families with young children.We enjoyed the pools,the activities for children (although the staff entertaining them didn't speak any greek) .and the food,especially at the Greek and Italian restaurant.We didn't have to leave the hotel at all.

  Very nice, quiet, cosy, clean. Perfect location 10 min walk from Hersonissos, close to a fantastic gravel beach. Very green and beautiful territory, all in flowers. Food is not variety, but ok, restorant and bar stuff is very helpful and professional. I had superior room with shared pool, it's ok, nice, big wardrobe, renovated, clean, - The room... cosa dice la gente » was so nice and clean. Staff excellent job and worked hard. Good variety of food on offer and changed every night. Air conditioning worked great.
