English: In this hotel we had a remarkable stay.
This is a very clean, the rooms are well equipped, is very well located (5 minutes from the beach and the party ^^) and the reception is excellent.
I really recommend it.

Highly recomend!!! Kosta at reception made our stay unforgettable. Kosta
went way beyond what I would expect from hotel staff to help us with
everything. Great advice on where to eat, which beaches to visit and
where to party. We will definetly be back in future. Cannot have asked
for anything else. Rooms were very affordable, clean and spacious. Short
walk to beach and all clubs, no need to catch a cab.

Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens. Water park next to the resort was good. -
I liked the all inclusive and food and drinks were lovely. Plenty of pools to choose from and loads of water slides to slide on all day long!

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Pulizia degli appartamenti.
Posizione perfetta appena fuori dal "casino" di Hersonissos ma raggiungibile in 2min di macchina, a 20min dall'aeroporto di Heraklion facilissimo da raggiungere dall'autostrada. Consigliata la macchina. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutta creta.

1) la flessibilità e non-fiscalità del personale: siamo arrivati stanchi dal viaggio alle ore 10,50 circa e sebbene la camera dovesse esserci data dopo le 12,00..essendo già disponibile ci è stata assegnata prima.
2) il personale dei bar (solo quelli) sono disponibilissimi e sempre orientati alla soddisfazione del cliente -

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas are clean and nice-looking.
Good mini zoo, especially the donkeys.
Anyway, if you have an opportunity, you shall rent a car (free parking is available, rental services are both in the hotel and anywhere in the town, even just outside of the hotel) and drive around the island. -
Great hotel for families with young children.We enjoyed the pools,the activities for children (although the staff entertaining them didn't speak any greek) .and the food,especially at the Greek and Italian restaurant.We didn't have to leave the hotel at all.

the hotel is very clean, good food, the staff? wonderful. the balcony for the room is a wonderful concept. the bathroom was good the room beautiful, the roof top pool, name it. even at twice the price, i would stay there again. -
