Tony and his family were exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed there
the night before and the night after our cruise which left from Athens.
Great place to stay if you have a little one. We were traveling with our

- Location- we walked everywhere, including Acropolis, Plaka district,
Flea markets, etc. Everything is walking distance and if needed, metro
is nearby.
- Owner, Tony, was very welcoming, cheerful, and took a lot of pride in his hotel. You can tell he put a lot of detail into it.
- In a neighborhood, so you get the "non-touristy" feel.. even though all the touristy stuff is within walking distance.
- Very accessible from the airport. From the airport, take the bus #95 (around 5E/person) t

The concierge spoke English well and was patient with me although the
letsbookhotel.com website misrepresented the description for a "sun
terrace", which is just a standard balcony and not a outdoor area
with sun and views of the city. The owner was very friendly and helped

Fabulous staff. Especially George. He can easily be at the Four Seasons!
He, almost always went out of the way to make the stay effortless.
Terrific levels of hygiene / cleanliness! I was impressed by how efficiently the room was made up by the house-keeper, in a matter of 2-3 minutes.
This is probably one of the best locations for at this price range,
however, the pictures (on letsbookhotel.com) showing the Akropolis from the hotel is bit of a stretch! At least I could not see that monument fr

The staff at the hotel were one of the best things there!
I would return just out of loyalty. They went out of their way to help us out with anything we needed. Printed out information for the things we were looking to do. Talked to them when we got in at night and looked up info for us overnight an left it with a different concierge the next morning. Gave us advice on anything. Very thorough in English. And treated us like good friends more than guests.

The staff were fantastic in helping us sort out our onward travel arrangements - responding quickly and positively to emails before we arrived and making phone calls when we were there. The location within easy walking distance from Syntagma Metro station makes it easy to get to and from, and it is close to the centre of Athens for sightseeing and shopping. We will go back again.

Recommended: this hotel looks renovated fresh and pleasant. Bed had a good mattress - firm but not too firm. Bathroom is equipped with a modern spacious shower providing a good bath experience. Towels are large and feel good.

We stayed here for one night when we arrived very early in the morning
after getting in from Heathrow. The flight arrived at 3.10am and we
didn't get to the hotel until at least 4am. However, on our arrival
the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us sleep in past
check out time and in the morning were able to give us useful directions
to the metro. The rooms were clean and modern. We would recommend this
place and definitely go back.

Location PERFECT, steps from the metro which is very easy to navigate in Athens. Staff SUPER helpful and informative, rooms luxurious. Bear in mind this is a budget hotel, but probably because it is not in the center. But for the value, the hotel was clearly recently renovated and impeccably so. I stayed just one night and it was easy from the ferry and easy to the airport.

The public transport (bus) is PERFECT from the airport with X96 (3,5€) you arrive very easily and to Athen it is more ore less 40min and you can use A2, E2 or E22. (0,8€) - Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel defies current Greek star ratings. Relative to other hotels outside of intercity Athens, this hotel is easily five stars. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable, the family-run establishment is in a wonderful residential neighborhood, easily within walking distance of great food. We loved the lift, the breakfast room, the staff very helpful and relaxed. Andreas was very good about emailing me back about various changes to our arrangements and ensuring needs met (adjacent rooms as family of 5 etc) and updating us frankly about the situation in Athens as we booked and were coming a fortnight after the rioting in December 2008

The owner and his wife where very friendly, I felt like home. The room was clean and remodeled with a fridge, tv, air coditionair and wifii. The location was excelent in the town and across the beach. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home.
I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.
