The hotel was situated very close to the metro with lots of little restaurants and shops scattered around the area. Unfortunately it isn't very close to the beach, however you can take a couple of trains and get there relatively easily in about 40mins. We checked out early purely because we wanted more of an island experience rather than an 'Athens city' one. You will definitely get the feel of what it's like living right in the middle of Athens. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Everything! The rooms were clean and lovely. The staff was so helpful and warm. To say this hotel was a great value is an understatement! The metro was a few blocks away, and although the area didn't have much to do within walking distance, I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood and the public transportation was very easy and reliable.

The Park is an unpretentious comfortable hotel which gives outstanding value for money. Best of all the staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and interested in their customers. The location is pleasant, Agia Paraskevi having no particular attractions, but plenty of tree-lined streets, decent shops and good restaurants.

location in the Plaka was convenient. We were able to walk most places
and did not have to use the metro much at all. From our room the wifi
was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a
good signal. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure how it
was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn
it on. It was helpful to have an aditional mirror outside the bathroom

Great location off the main street so was quiet. Excellent view of the Acropolis. Nice roof top to sit & soak in the view. Close to Plaka area. Hotel staff very attentive, excellent recommendations where to eat in the area. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but free boiling water readily available from staff in reception, also could purchase tea coffee alcohol etc 24 hrs a day Taxi service to & from the airport organized by the hotel which meant no surprises with cost.
