Babis and his family are so very kind and helpful. For high season I think the value was excellent. Short walk into Fira was easy. Bus stops to beaches outside hotel plus there are eateries , a supermarket etc just around the corner. It was nice to stay in a village opposed to right in town plus to are close to town anyway. This is the place! I can't quite describe it otherwise, but this place feels like "home." We received 5 star quality service as the owner who is also the concierge, receptionist, driver to many excursions, and the driver from and to the airport is always there when you need him! I honestly can't figure out how he does it. The rooms are clean, neat, and serviceable with a feeling and style from this island. Oh, and the wi-fi was very useful. Everything was great for us!

Un piccolo hotel con un grande cuore.. Albergo a conduzione familiare con personale gentilissimo. La ragazza della reception ci ha dato preziosi consigli su come visitare l'isola. Perfect choice for short stay and walking distance to caldera and to fira. Owner welcoming and friendly, lovely little hotel with good rooms well maintained and each decorately differently. Small continental breakfast, but lovely. Nice little roof top terrace with loungers and seating with good views. For the price which included pick up from airport and transfer to port a little gem.

Angeliki, the owner, is incredibly kind and helpful. She picked us up from he bus station and took us back when it was time. She also gave us a map and lots of helpful tips.
The hotel is in a great location between Fira and Firostefani, with a short walk to either. The rooms have refrigerators, which is a nice bonus, and the hair dryer was better than most hotels in Europe (even the expensive ones).
