  Garden Villa is situated in a very good location in Perama area – so close to the city of Ioannina (5-10 minutes away with a car) and also away from the city noise with magnificent mountain view! The - Bright, well furnished room with all the necessary facilities - fridge, wi-fi access, TV. Pleasant balcony where we could sit and enjoy a drink and snack. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and really made us feel at home. Skype was also available if we wanted to contact family or friends. The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants and only a short distance from Ioannina and the airport. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of foods.   Just a hotel to stay. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. The room is modern, spacious with very nice furniture/ decoration; we had the 3 bed room with lake view. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and would not hesitate to stay there again.
