  nice rooms direct entry to park good layout of breakfast friendly staff went there for Europa Park and is was excellent . Colosseo Hotel across the street is also nice - The room is clean. Chek in is fast. The mattress is new. Wifi is speedy and work everywhere in the hotel.

  We had a lovely welcome from Sarah who took us to our room across the road. We were on the top floor and the space was perfect for our family- including 2 teenage sons, a daughter and ourselves. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and user friendly. Nice place to chill and spend time. Sarah gave us superb recommendation for a lo - If I were to go back to Europa-Park I will definitely stay in this guest house. She is correct, helpful and above all always friendly and always smiling, even if it is just going slightly harder
