We had a cosy double-bed room on - My husband was thrilled when we arrived and he realized how close we were to Nürburgring. We were close enough to hear cars on the track, and one of the owners works on the track (and had some stories to share). When we parked, a yellow Porsche pulled up next to us -- another guest who frequently drives on the ring.   I tend to notice the smaller things: very minute details. The eye level green helmet logo with horns that told the room number was an instant win in my book. For some reason, I also really liked how the television said something to the tune of "Welcome Mr. Jelson." - Great hotel for those visiting the Nurburgring or Nordschleife.
