  The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. Shame to be alone and on business .would have made a great romantic trip. location excellent. energy clinic was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was well placed for walking into the city centre.
