  Our view of the vineyards and the mosel river were fabulous. Briedel is a very small town, so dining options were limited.   Very well equipped and comfortable cottages - spotlessly clean and everything seemed almost brand new. Close proximity to the Nurburgring a bonus but far enough away to be very peaceful with lovely views over rolling countryside. Excellent Spa included in the price.   Hotel Eifelstube was a fantastic place to stay. It is a small and intimate hotel (more like a B and B really) with clean and comfortable rooms, free wifi internet and a fabulous restaurant.
