  Very friendly staff, not all English speaking but they make a good effort. Good breakfast (but very weak coffee), good value restaurant in the hotel with traditional meals. The restaurant was very accommodating with a friend who had a food allergy. - Clean, comfortable, friendly, affordable

  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   The atmosphere was wonderful, a true home-from-home. I stayed for six days for AILA 2008. The Acic family are lovely, I was arriving after midnight, so they gave me the code to the night entrance when I phoned. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the continental breakfast (included in the price) was excellent, with a choice of boiled egg... cosa dice la gente » or omelette!
