  It was our third time staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly & helpful. B/fast is plenty and has lots of choices.   The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.
