  One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!! Great Bar and Bar-staff super friendly!   If you have business with the University Clinic-it is ideal. If you visit Hamburg, it is also fine, as it is located close to trendy Eppendorf. Very nice breakfast. - Excellent, friendly staff - all speaking perfect English and very attentive and helpful. Made our Hamburg visit one to cherish. Would definitely recommend.

  We went on a 10 day road trip and stayed at 8 different hotels. This was by far the very best hotel we stayed in! The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious including the bathroom; and included a sitting area, desk, refrigerator, a safe, a closet, Television, and an ac uniti!!! Takes one bus (10 min) plus one subway (15 min) to reach the city centre/harbour area). Very friendly stuff, good breakfast.
