  Very clean and comfortable room, facilities were great. Parking was a bit squished but it was fine. Location is good proximity to the city center (with a car as we had) and many supermarkets etc. Overall it was a great stay with no issues. - Clean,tidy and little noise from others staying. Transport okay once familiar with the system.

  I'd best describe the hotel as a "very comfortable, high quality hotel with friendly backpacker hostel type ambiance". Everything has been thought of to make the stay easy, agreable and fun - including option for travellers on a budget. Tip: if you're staying in the Rockstar Suite, bri - Everything is brand-new and pretty well designed. Very stylish and simple. Breakfast for additional price but that was a good choice of food. The location is excellent: lots of bars, cafes and fruit markets. Just across the hotel one can find small shop to buy fish sandwiches. The centre is reachable by S- and U-Bahn, at the hotel also one can borrow a bike (we didn't try but it supposedly included in price).

  i can not say enough good things about Peter and Ben... so helpful! the place looks amazing and really encapsulates an old brothel feel.. it's kitsch, tacky and has some amazing pictures and features. excellent location. totally worth paying a bit extra to stay there for the real hamburg experience.. and please take Bens advice on where to go.. he... cosa dice la gente » knows his stuff! - Staff were excellent, gave me and my friend countless bits of invaluable advice. Told us some places to go also and they were great. Allowed me to use they're phone/laptop when I lost my phone also which was priceless at the time.
