  One of the best locations in Berlin with nice buildings and cafes, near to the Subway and bus. The apartment was relatively quiet and the check in/check out (actually getting the key and givign it back) was very flexible. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a good selection.   Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't preorder breakast, but we got it at a discount price when we arrived. Breakfast tables both inside and under canopy in the yard. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

I liked to location as well, it's calm and quiet but close to areas which - The value for money at Hotel Johann is excellent, beautiful and spacious room with high ceilings, there is no air condition in the hotel but even during hot days, room remained cool.... Excellent breakfast with top quality products/ingredients! This was a 2nd stay at Hotel Johann and we will certainly come back.
