Hotel facilities and standards are excellent as is access to Berlin's U & S Bahn tram/train systems with the stations right by the hotel. Reaching Alexander Platz is just a10 min journey. Overall a very well appointed hotel, fantastic value for money compared with other hotels and staff were extremely attentive and helpful.

Complessivamente tutto: stanza / bagno grandi e puliti, personale sempre cordiale e molto disponibile, hotel ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (pur non essendo in posizione "centralissima") - Camera/bagno grande, pulizia ottima, colazione ottima (praticamente un pranzo), posizione buona, personale sempre cordiale e disponobile.

Loved the style! Also, I loved being in Prenzlauer Berg close to great shops, restaurants, etc. It is conveniently located to Alexanderplatz, but not too close that the Chaos from that comes near by. You can take the tram 3 stops or walk there. Beautiful light, comfortable studio! I wish I had an apt. like this in Berlin. :)

This was a fabulous small hotel in the heart of a great neighbourhood of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Unbelievable location in quiet area yet steps from the hip shops and cafes in this great area. Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. This is one of the best holiday accommodations I have ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and like staying in a 5* hotel. The area is very cool with lots of restaurants and bars plus it still has the feeling of 'Old Berlin' about it.
Very handy for rail connections.
The staff are truly excellent and very welcoming, it was like staying with a close friend, you can't say better than that.
