I booked this hotel in April, actually, when I saw the reviews, some people said it was not a ready hotel, I had little unhappy and worried, but my book was non-refundable. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
We actually booked a room for 3 people but the staff was so attentive and asked us whether we want to take a room with 3 beds or one double room and one single room. We took one double room with the single room - it was huge! Normally we shoulf have gotten one bath - but the staff gave us the second bath too, so it was literally like if we had booked two rooms!

Proprietario cordiale e disponibile, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, ogni giorno vengono cambiati gli asciugamani del bagno, il frigorifero aveva già disponibile un'abbondante colazione per più giorni e la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario. Consiglio su come raggiungere l'hotel: usciti dalla stazione centrale percorrere il viale principale fino a raggiungere il palazzo della banca europea (1km circa), girare a destra per 200m fino al fiume e poi di nuovo a destra per 100m.

Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel.
Also its in a good area with plenty of eating places and shops around. There is a lovely bakery on the corner and if you want to have a snack or late breakfast

I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean. My room had modern decor, in dark tones with bright recess

The staff friendliness, the hotel design, the comfort of their beds and cleanliness. The location is very good, only 5 mins walk from main train station and there are several tram stops and U-bahn stations within 5 min walk. Walking to City Centre is possible also. -

la pulizia, la gentilezza,l 'ordine - Hotel ottimo, recentemente rinnovato, quasi 4* ma prezzo da neanche 3*. Camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite ogni giorno. Bagno immacolato e pulitissimo anche se senza bidet. Vicino alla stazione principale, solo 3 isolati, e vicino al centro (zeil strasse) facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti circa.

It is a well functioning hotel to sleep in. Friendly staff, clean room, free wi-fi everywhere in hotel (you need to ask for a login and password at receprtion), nice breakfast (muesli, sandwiches, fresh pastry, tea/coffee). There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, but I got one at reception.
