The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The Casa Camper Hotel has thought of everything. It good sized & very comfortable attractive rooms with large windows looking over Berlin. It's very functional bathrooms. The 24 hour relaxed dining / lounge / self serve bar area which covers the top floor & where all food & drink except alcohol is included in the room tarriff. Me and my friend stayed for 4 nights. It was really good place to stay, walking distance to shops and some tourist spots, transportation was so close. The staff was really helpful Alex, he even helped us to reserved a taxi going to tegel airport since we had esrly flight. He even gave us a quick introduction of the history. Good value of money, wifi was not all the time work, but it was fasr though. I will still choose this place next time i visit berlin. Overall....thumbs up.

l'hotel è molto centrale in Berlino, ti permette di visitare il centro senza utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, struttura molto confortevole e con camera ampia e pulita; la colazione è varia e di ottima qualità - Posizione ottima, vicinissimo a S-bahn e centro città. Colazione buona e abbondante. Camera confortevole e pulita.

Appartamento bello e confortevole, molto pulito e con tutti i comfort. Spazioso per tutti e 4. Posizione ottimale, ben servita da tram/metro, ricca di ristoranti/bar e supermercati.
