  The apartment is palacial in size complete with a 52" telly. High ceilings and plaster cornices. Very lovely. Excellent heating, very comfy bed and nice touches such as milk coffee teabags etc.when you arrive.   We loved every bit of our stay at the Palacina. The staff was very helpful, room was very very spacious and in immaculate condition. The attention to detail at this place is brilliant. Just 5 minute walk from a 24hr supermarket, the u-bahn station is just as near and the local restaurants are up there - My boyfriend and I had an enjoyable stay in The Palacina. Felix is an excellent and kind host. Very friendly and supportive. We've felt very welcome and at home. Berlin is a wonderful city. But I've never stayed in the Schöneberg/Kreuzberg area before. It's a lovely and lively neighborhood, 24/7 super market nearby (which is closed on Sunday from 00:00 am on Saturday!) and U and S-bahn nearby. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and clean. I'll recommend The Palacina highly! Thanks much

It was basic, but at £50 a day for your own place what do you expect, had a small kitchen, bathroom, when we ran out of linen (wet towels) Matiss dropped more. 2 stops from the central Alexander Platz, and a few mins walk from the nearest tube station. Fantastic. Matiss was always at the end of the phone to help, top guy and top tr - The apartment was clean, tidy, newly renovated, ver well designed, in short, the reality totally reflected the photos on the web-site. THe room smelled fresh, neat and tidy, the location was also very good, close to UBahn, with a supermarket in 2mins walk. The apartment had a tiny kitchen for cooking, which I never used, but if you are travelling with friends, it may come handy. The yard is closed, so it is really very safe and very quiet.

  appartamenti spaziosi, puliti e vicinissimi al centro - L'appartamento è in una zona comodissima e raggiungibile facilmente con tutti i mezzi pubblici. L'arredamento è essenziale ma confortevole; la cucina è dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno qui.

Prepare 10€ for deposit for a key and be aware of the fact that you will not be able to smoke neither in the room nor in the yard. But that does not matter so much.
