Character of decor was consistent, staff was very helpful and we were greeted with a glass of champagne as we checked in. Location was great - near two underground stations and not far from the river. - The room was excellent: very comfortable, quiet and clean - it even had a Nespresso machine!   Great location near Alexanderplatz and easy shopping for groceries and supplies at the huge Alex shopping mall. Close to U-bahn and S-bahn stations, making travel around Berlin a breeze. Clean and modern style with a well appointed kitchen. Very attentive owners / staff that were there on time for our arrival and very responsive with all questions... cosa dice la gente » before and during our stay. - The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.
