  Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center. Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. Even on the Easter eve, Mark made time and helped us with connecting to internet, also explained about nearby station... cosa dice la gente » s and markets. We felt homey in the apartments, there was no lack of anything, everything worked, rooms was clean and tidy, service was excellent. We - We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

  Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) . Good heating system, able to keep the apartment nicely warm in the Berlin winter. Clean and good looking.

  Don't let the slightly sketchy graffiti of Danziger Strasse discourage you from choosing this delightful apartment. The friendly neighbourhood is filled with street cafes and restaurants situated among newly renovated apartments with lots of trees and flowers. Food is superb as is people watching. We did cook one supper and local shopping in the converted beer factory "culture" sp - The apartment location is great. The neighborhood is so sweet, close to the metro, coffee places. The apartment is nice,feels like home, very clean. Teresa - the lady who met us was so nice. The kitchen has everything. I probably go back on my next visit in berlin.

  The apartment is fantastic, very well decorated and comfortable, also very clean with wonderful facilities (inc dishwasher). Both the sofa and the beds are very comfortable after a long day of walking around Berlin! A supermarket and bakery are around the corner as is the metro stop. - The location is great, evething was as expected: our RED apt, at the mezzanine with windows on the garden, was perfect for the 4 days stay with our 2 children. Market at 5 minutes, metro Senenfeld at 5/7, a few nice bars in the surroundings and in Kastanienalle: great neighbourhood!
