I always use the AVUS for ICC Meetings in Berlin. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast, food and drink are all very good. It is very easy to check-in and check-out and the rooms are double-glazed as well. It is also very easy to get from the AVUS to the centre of Berlin. -

Extremely friendly staff. Got picked up at the airport promptly, despite
missing my first flight. The apartment was rather big, very very well
lit. It is very close (10 min walk) to icc Berlin, which is where my
conference was. The U-bahn line u2 is also a 2 min walk. The Wi-Fi was
extremely fast (~14 Mbps). Herr Rosenhoefer was very friendly and
helpful, and I would really like to stay there again if I go to Berlin!

Good location. Nice residential area with good range of shops, cafe and supermarkets. close to U-Bahn and 8-10 mins walk to S-Bahn. Easy to find. Very clean and tidy apartment. Good having full stove - elements and oven. Good size for 3 friends to share and would recommend to others to stay as base for Berlin holiday. Easy to organise with Michell

The apartment was a great size which was clean with plenty of facilities and it was always nice and warm with loads of hot water. It was very close to the U-bahn so we were never far from any of the sights. The staff were polite and helpfull and the price was very good.

Kids really enjoyed the apartment. Just about 10 minutes to Berlin City as we went to Legoland. Very clean, shops, train station and service station just walking distance. Would really recommend. -

I liked everything!! the owner was already there waiting for us an hour before we arrived, and he was really nice. Very nice and quite neighborhood, next to the train stop, and a very safe location. The room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommended! -

Vicinanza alla metropolitana e al castello di Charlottenburg - overall things were good - Close to U-Bahn. Very convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Nice, safe area of town. It is a simple apartment, but a good value for the money.
