  All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. The room and the bathroom were modern and clean, and it was really peaceful and quiet in the room. The location was good, the main railway station was only a few minutes walk and a few minutes train ride away.   Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed. Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful. Fitness centre was very useable, better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with the Dormero again. - Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere.   The Hotel is really very good, in a very good location (on foot 3 min away from Hauptbahnhof and 10 min from Center), very clean, quiet enough, cheap, staff was polite.
