Very kind receptionist, helpful and he even spoke French.
Wonderful breakfast.
Everything was very roomy, from parking, to the corridors to the room itself and everything in it.
Convenient access to the nearby thermal spa (not to be missed!).
Wonderful view over the lake.

This hotel is only a short walk from the station and is easy to find. The rooms are fresh and very clean and the beds are really comfortable. - Great location, just few minutes walk from downtown and main rail station.
- Very kind and helpful stuff and wonderful atmosphere downstairs, where there's an irish pub.
- Understanding stuff, last day we came down late to take breakfast, and they let us go in and eat anyways.
- Late check out at 12. Very clean room. Really an awesome accommodation, will come back there!

Nice staff, (they are really keen on making people arrive early. If you want to arrive late, you must inform them to avoid problems).
The breakfast was great, the room small but cozy, and the location very good. -

The location is ideal, 35 second walk to the lake edge. The hotel is very boutique and is stylishly fitted with antiques and art. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant to sit in with a coffee or a wine and gaze at the lake, alps and people passing by.
Highly recommended for couples or business people. -

Staff was very helpful, room had a small sitting area plus a small
balcony with table and 2 chairs, and all was very clean. The city of
Konstanz provides free bus passes. To get them, show your passport and
fill in a form with the hotel staff. Breakfast is available for an
additional 8 euros per person. It had hot eggs and potatoes on the
weekend,

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. It's outside of the main city area, but you get a free bus pass for the 10 minute ride downtown if you stay more than 2 nights. It's nice to be in a quieter area and right on the lake, which you don't get in the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Location was reasonably convenient for the railroad station, waterfront,
and historic part of the city (we don't mind a bit of a walk). Beds
were comfortable, and an extra bed was available for our teenage son at
a reasonable cost. The room was small (by American standards), but
adequate, and the bathroom was well-equipped and reasonably spacious.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, and spoke good English (like most young
Germans we me met). -
Very close to the old town, there is a big parking place right next to the hotel (you can take the elevator from the parking to the hotel). The staff was helpful. All in all, if I go next time to Konstanz I would stay at this Ibis.
