  Brilliant!! We traveled to Heidelberg with our 13 year old son to experience a traditional Christmas Market. The location of the hotel was amazing. It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but absolutely perfect for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. We didn't have many encounters with staff, but the few we saw were friendly.   From the moment I walked in the door you were made to feel special. The staff bent over backwards to help and make sure you had a good time. I stayed in two rooms both of which were spotless. great value for money. Try eating in another good move. Would go back there any day. - Central location, clean rooms and bathrooms.
