  Arrived late because of weather, staff excellent check in quick and easy. Lena even gave us her own food as restaurant closed lovely girl. All staff nice but Lena went beyond her duties.Breakfast selection brill, even a boiled egg to order. Cosy clean rooms all over excellent.Would highly recomm - The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning. Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping. Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. Great to sit out here and have a beer. - I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

  Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average. The restaurant need to be reserved in advance (which is a good sign!). We have been happy of this hotel and will come back again in case we decide to pay another visit to Heidelberg.   I stayed here on my wedding night with my new husband. The room was beautiful and the decoration was interesting. The staff was the most incredible part. I have never stayed in a hotel with this exceptional of a staff. They were amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly reccomend this to others.   We had excellent service from the friendly staff at ISG. They also had washing facilities which was very handy after a week or so on the road.
