First, I liked the location of the hotel, an easy walk to the Altstadt, Schloss and city center with tram line two blocks away. Second, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was perfect. The positive greeting we received when we arrived started the whole weekend with an excellent indication of what was to come. The first impression of the hotel is that it is away from the centre but we found it to be a perfect distance and facilitated a beautiful walk across the bridge into the old town. The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within minutes you are at the Bismarckplatz or the Hauptstrasse. The rooms are quiet and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. La gentilezza del personale al nostro arrivo, l'aperitivo di benvenuto, l'accompagnamento in camera con le spiegazioni sull'uso delle varie cose - Camera e bagno molto spaziosi. La posizione è eccellente, attraversando la strada ci si trova nella via principale. Nonostante sia centralissimo, è molto silenzioso.
