  The hotel is set in a peaceful, rural setting. The staff were efficient rather than friendly. The room was spacious though the the wardrobe space was cramped. There were tea making facilities in the room. It was very clean and 'done out' to a good standard. The breakfast was of an excellent standard. - We stayed on a beautiful summer night.   Lovely room and view, pretty gardens, friendly staff, close enough to underground, near to stadium and running track - Great hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bathroom was plenty bih enough. Several amenities in the room for those who forget a few things. Staff were friendly and helped us with directions. We were especially impressed with what they were able to do with an old factory. - The hotel is completely new and very beautiful.. It is like 3 or 4 stars. In every room there is a tv LCD and good services.

  The hotel was situated ideally for my stay i attended a racing pigeon convention and the hotel was not more that 10mins walk to the arena that it was staged so no transport costs. Not necessarily the hotel to pick if you're going to the centre of Dortmund but perfect for what we needed. Good car park too and comfy bedrooms.

  Nice little hotel, stayed here as a base before going to the football for 2 nights. Hotel is 2 mins from the metro which is then a 5 min ride to Signal Iduna Park, and it's a 10 min journey to the city centre. Well worth staying at for a couple of nights, it does get very busy when there is a game on, keep this mind when going for breakfast!
