Very nice hotel, right next to the station, food and drink in the restaurant was excellent. Rooms were quiet and very spacious and comfortable. Rooms tidied every day, very clean. Friendly helpful staff.

For a 4 star hotel I thought there would be more satellite TV channels, not just news channels. 12.50 euros a day for broadband is a bit over the top, most other hotels I have stayed in of this caliber have included it in the room price.

Liked the restaurant cusine and drinks

The train station was a bit crowded with people drinking on the streets and asking for money.

Great hotel located right in the city centre, next to train station (cannot hear any noise from the station, though) rooms were large & clean, huge beds. Friendly English speaking stuff. Good value for money.

Even though room rate is quite moderate all extras (parking, wifi etc) were quite pricy. Frankly, minibar had only one item: a note advising to visit bar next to reception.

the bed was very comfortable! Plenty of taxis outside which was very useful when travelling with an elderly man

Close to the city center (about 5-10 min walk), nice spacious room, parking, helpful reception.

Breakfast could have been better, thought it was not bad.

Location was good, right next to the station and just outside the city centre. Hotel had a nice feel and was comfortable. Rooms had aircon.

There were was no pool or spa facility, unusual for a hotel of this type and the breakfasts were quite expensive at 19 euros per person, we went to the station next door and had fresh croissant and squeezed orange juice instead.

This is a WOW hotel , Excellent location just a very few steps from Bremen main train station and next to Bremen Arena . Very rich and delicious breakfast ,Super clean room , Staff were very helpful especially Ms Suhayla the Turkish in training girl who showed excellent communication skills and very good English and very helpful in answering all question regarding where and what to do in Bremen. she also was kind to arrange early check in at 9 Am, Thanks

The internet is not free , a free one hour per night log in was given on request , but if you need more you have to pay 12.5 euros per 24 hours . This was mentioned in the letsbookhotel.com hotel details but still it is strange since most 2 and 3 stars hotels in Europe provide free WIFI internet for guests

Just about everything. Thanks for a great stay on our 40th wedding aniversary.

Some of the guest had to clear the table of dirty crockey etc due in my opinion to lack of staff (only one young lady having to bring coffee and prepare tables for other guests at a very busy time).
