  Sono arrivato alla reception e con stupore da parte mia,mi avvisano che mi daranno un appartamento di 2 livelli superiore rispetto alla mia richiesta,senza sovrapprezzo.Appartamento di un lusso esagerato,adibito a vero e proprio appartamento per viverci quotidianamente,con tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili e cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie,f... cosa dice la gente » rigorifero da 250lt,forno e forno microonde. - Ho apprezzato la disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff, la pulizia , l'arredamento e la fornitura dell'appartamento in cui mi trovavo.   Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The bar manager Andre even organised my 60th birthday! I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

  Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!
