This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

The hotel was perfectly placed, just a couple of minutes from the s-bahn at Savignyplatz, a non-stop trip of about 35-40 mins from Schönefeld airport, and the u-bahn at Uhlandstrasse. Many, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and plenty of bars and cafes. The hotel was outstanding, and its hard to believe that those people who gave it any negative comments actually stayed here. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours!

Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed
was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and

While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.
