  Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ms. Kirova at they front desk always remembered our names, and was so friendly. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time. Many, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and plenty of bars and cafes. The hotel was outstanding, and its hard to believe that those people who gave it any negative comments actually stayed here.
