  We arrived late at the night and the Lady was waiting us with the room prepared for us and our small baby. She speaks very well English. The room was big, very clean and breakfast very good :) The hotel is located near to highway. For sure we will back for the next trip Poland-Italy - Very friendly guesthouse in small town about 15km from Hof.
