  This is a modern, up-to-date hotel. The rooms are very quiet and very clean. A refrigerator and a room safe are a big plus. Location right next to an S-Bahn station is great for traveling, and the stores there are good for picking up food and snacks. If the weather is humid, the A/C works great.   If you have business with the University Clinic-it is ideal. If you visit Hamburg, it is also fine, as it is located close to trendy Eppendorf.
