I like the bathroom with power shower and has speakers connected to the the iPod dock. That was awesome!
The fixtures are also eco friendly (lights lit on/off by touch ==>totally awesome!)
The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and a lot of power sockets (also great!)
The location is good as it's about 6-7mins walking from Mannheim Hbf and a lot of food/shopping amenities nearby.
It is also close to the Rosengarten tram station and facing the Water Tower.

The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

The Johanneshof is wonderful, rooms were very clean and of modern design. The breakfasts are amazing. The Johanneshof is also a strawberry farm and a restaurant. It was our second visit. We love everything, and would definitely visit again. The best part is, for sure, the restaurant they run. Highly recommended, especially in summer. The shop was also outstanding.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within minutes you are at the Bismarckplatz or the Hauptstrasse. The rooms are quiet and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable, modern and had a nespresso coffee machine. Location within walking distance to the old city. The receptionist, Barbara was excellent- she was efficient, friendly and helpful. -

Was wondering why the price went up? When I stayed 2 week ago it was 67,00 euro/night. This time it was 77,00 euro/night. Why did the price increase? - Nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. Due to the lack of Air-Conditioning in our Room, they cheerfully provided a Fan when we requested one.
