The location was excellent, just a few metres from Liberty Square and the Metro station.
No fuss over very late check-in.

The staff was fantastic.Th door man negociated best prices with the taxidrivers. The reception open doors in the bank when the bankomat didn´t give me the money. The restaurant served breakfast at 2.30 when I have to go to the airport. A service I never got before.
They were nice, friendly and service minded in all situations.

Stuff was amazingly friendly! Helped us with all our requests. And made earlier check-in. Location is great! Just 2 mins walking to the Main Street, Macdonalds and subway. The hotel is new and clean, room was big, breakfast is not poor. -

I have stayed at the hotel on more than one occasion and have found the staff to be very polite and welcoming even when I have arrived at four in the morning!
The rooms were clean and comfortable with the addition of air conditioning. It is a nice quite hotel if you either want to laze at the pool or be more energetic and use the well catered for

I've stayed in this hotel for a very short time, from 4th night to 6th night of June. Arrived in Tbilisi for a business trip and need to order Airport transfer one hour before my flight and it didn't make any problem to organize pick up from Airport. Everything in this hotel is like a sweet home, even staff group. Value for money is quite appropriate. Advice all of you this hotel.

One of the best Tbilisi small hotels I've ever been in - very good quality for money. Friendly staff, veeeery nice European style rooms, big and convenient bathroom (in deluxe room type), good breakfast. I liked everything in this new and stylish hotel (although stayed in about 5 hotels in Tbilisi). Great! -
