We traveled with our little child. We were checked-in the hotel very late at night, and the stuff was very kind and very helpful. Despite it was in the middle of the night the receptionist called a guy to help us with the luggage. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, and including all we needed. The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city, in Old Tbilisi. It takes 10 minutes to go up from the main street. The room is rather sapcious, equipped with hair-drier,iron and iron-board. In case of rain you`ll be kindly offered an umbrella. The breakfast is good and tasty, it can be served at what time you`ll ask. Special thanks to the staff of the hotel that is very nice, friendly and sincerely eager to help!

Excellent location; free and fast internet; Panorama room had good view; Clean rooms; But the biggest advantage of this hotel was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff; My leg was broken and in a cast, and throughout my stay the staff were always ensuring that I was looked after. I can not thank them enough for all their warm hospitality.

The hospitality was excellent, excellent service delivery by receptionist and the manager. The manager was exceptionally nice and provided so much assistance. I didn't know my way round nor understood the language but the hotel staffs and managers were always exceptionally helpful -

The staff was fantastic.Th door man negociated best prices with the taxidrivers. The reception open doors in the bank when the bankomat didn´t give me the money. The restaurant served breakfast at 2.30 when I have to go to the airport. A service I never got before.
They were nice, friendly and service minded in all situations.

Friendly and helpful staff, stunning view from the restaurant on the roof terrace (reserve a table beforehand, the restaurant is always full in the evenings, 10% discount for the hotel guests), convenient location for sightseeing, clean and cosy room with a small balcony and nice city view.
