- Location is great! 15 min to Seine, 20 min to Louvre and Notre Dame, 7 min to metro, 1 min to local fresh market
- Good neighborhood
- Has everything you need
- Very clean
- Adequate price.
Location was excellent, room very clean and a lot put into a small
space, nice modern bathroom.

Without any ac then minimum needed would be a fan somewhere! This is
Paris in July. Also tv too complicated with different remotes, I used
the wrong one and couldn't reset.
The studio is not even 12m2, there is no room to move. The sofabed is terrible, metal sticking out. Unfriendly and unflexible staff.
