The price is high compering to hotels in same area.
Checking in was fast, receptionist very friendly and quick to help. Cleaners do a great job in cleaning the rooms. Location was great, lots of nice restaurants around.
TV in room did not work for two days till i was changed to different room. The carpets need to be changed or removed all together as they gather dust/smelly.

The hotel was fine except for the internet connection that was terrible. In our first room #402 it did not work at all. After changing the room to room #602 it worked partially but was very slow. This is a major problem for a four stars hotel!
Perfect, perfect location! And the bathroom is very good while the room for 2 is actually great for only one.
Although the Hotel has been renovated, it already requires a paint job.

There was some wee on our dirty cloths pile when we were leaving I realised it was at the bottom of the pile maybe an animal or something
The location is great. Just 5 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Also very close to the Metro.
This is a family hotel with a reasonable price very close to Champs Elysees.

I loved the staff! Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

The staff was more then friendly . they go out of there way to make you feel at home. all speak English verry well. There is no sign of the all so famous Parisian rudeness. Excellent facilities , Location could not have been better for sight seeing. Gay and everything friendly For Paris standards big rooms fantastic bathrooms . It was a real treath. I will recoment this place to everybody

Boutique hotel, small rooms but beautifully designed. Outstanding location. Love to come back but room rate is high for a personal traveller rather than business (but rate is probably in line with the location).

Very tight entrance, narrow elevator, and very limited/ poor collection of tv channels.
The rooms were very clean, the furnishings modern and did not have the used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a "W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the reservations that you request. Location is excellent as well. A few hundred feet from a metro stop. The rooms are very well sound proofed - double sets of double planed glass made it very quiet.
The rooms are on the smallish size, so with two large suitcases, moving around the room became difficult. However, this is Paris and we have stayed in smaller rooms with less desirable furnishings, so this hotel is an acceptable value.
Helpful and really nice staff. Excelent location to explore the city with Metro just around the corner. Although a city-hotel (limited area) the design was amazing and they made the best of the space. Decoration really makes you feel in Paris.

No facility, Dont bring heavy lugagges and too many lugagges. It will sprain your back (many manual stairs) and no proper space to keep.

Hotel staff lied about the release of the pre-authorized amount on the same date when I checked out and paid!!! More than a week passed and the money is still blocked!

hello we booked a room with Jacuzzi (it was supposed). the water pressure was very bad,so impossible to turn on the system. we required 2 more pillows,it was not available in the hotel(can you imagine,we used shower towels to sleep on) the next day of our stay they left our room without cleaning ,they fixed only the bed!!!!) it was the worst hotel I booked in ) thank you maria achmar and joseph Arous
