i liked very much the location. close to everything. As well we can find easily metro stations around. Good for a city trip with friends. friendly staff as well.
Excellent quality all-around. Friendly, helpful staff. Good facilities (even if slightly low on space overall). Room exceptionally clean and well furnished. Located right at metro Argentine, also very close to the Champs Elysee.

WiFi aggressively blocks ports, preventing connections to OpenVPN, hence making it unusable for connecting to corporate networks - totally unacceptable! Sound proofing, was kept awake until 4 in the morning on Sunday evening from a couple babbling away in another room.

I took my daughter to Paris for the weekend. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We stayed in a double room which seemed to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was very nice! But the best part of the hotel is the location-the metro stop is around the corner. And there is an amazing bakery right next to the metro stop. We loved his hotel and would for sure stay again.

It was a last minute booking for us and we couldnt be happier! Excellent customer service, wonderful location and a huge room with good shower. Loved it. We come to Paris once intwo years or so and this stay was btw farthe most comfortable. Wish we had spent more time. Will try to return to this hotel again.

Irrespondsible night shift staff forgot my message to the day shift staff about a restaurant booking confirmation. And the same staff over charged my bill. Needed us to remind him he was overcharged.
Close to the city center. 4 minutes from arc triumph.
Too small rooms. Not enough place even for a baby cot. Very old but clean towels.
