very close to metro. very quiet street in the evening, but not very quiet during the day because the kindergarden is nearby. But it doesn't bother us because we spent the whole days walking in the city. Very nice owner - he was always ready to help us with all the questions we had about Paris, advised us a marvelous restaurant and so on.
