The guy that dealt with our stay was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and could easily accommodate a family or group of friends. The location is perfect - center of the old town, walking distance to many places of interest. The hotel itself is nice and cosy. The staff is helpful and friendly. The cafe and the restaurant at the hotel are quite good, and breakfast is really nice. There is excellent Wi-Fi in the hotel.

The manager Pep was there the morning I checked out, he was just as nice and walked me out the door and directed me the easiest route to get to my ferry.
