It was one of the best vacations for the whole family . We enjoyed the pools , peach ,snorkeling and diving ,food ... etc . Staff were so nice and very Professional . The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk.
They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality.
Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

Enjoyed the food /resturant varities and ecxellent quality, polite helpful staff - specially Mostafa in Tajin resturant . The animation team is amazing , the aqua park , i enjoyed precious moments at the amazing jungle aqua park.
