  I have to give a special mention to Marion the restaurant manager who went out of her way to help us after we were not happy with the reception staff who dealt with us when we arrived. We were going to move hotels but she went that extra mile. She gave us complementary breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is the best one for the Pyramids as it is only a 5 - 10 min walk and you can see them from the hotel grounds - This amazing place was perfectly located right next to the Great Pyramid in Giza. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite which was totally awesome with heaps too much space for us (not that we were going to complain). Make sure you pay that extra for the pyramid view - well worth it. The pool was glorious and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The security at the gate was very reassuring and I was happy to put up with the small inconvenience.

  I have just finished a month long medical exchange project in Egypt and decided to spend my last 2 days at Tiba Pyramids Hotel... it was simply perfect, I don't think I could have made a better choice.   the lovely big swimming pool, and the fact that the hotel has quite a few Arabic guests which was rather nice for my little boy All staff very friendly and helpful - Big resort hotel, comfortable, lots of amenities, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good location for quick taxi ride to the Pyramids.
